The Holmes Institute Bachelor of Fashion Business is a specialist degree unlike anything else on offer in Australia. It includes elements of design theory but has a stronger focus on the other career pathways within the fashion industry. It includes subjects such as marketing, product management, styling, buying, merchandising, sourcing and supply chain and more. The aim is to give students a thorough grounding in a range of fashion-based careers, and ensure they are ready for the industry from the day they graduate, if not before.
This course is delivered by our affiliate Holmes Institute | Fashion. So why do we feature them here?
Because we think they are fantastic! Innovation at the highest level. We are lucky to share the same building both in Melbourne & Sydney with Holmes Institute | Fashion and we often collaborate on external events, panel discussions and free Saturday workshops. The fashion industry is all about collaboration, not individualism, so we love to share their courses with our students too. And they do the same. Often students from The Masters will end up enrolling in their Bachelor of Fashion Business, and the students from the Bachelor end up taking up some of our short courses as well. The fashion industry is a circular machine.
